Silver and goldsmith. As well as a dentist.
Had 8 children and married a second time to have 8 more.

Midnight ride - poem about Paul Revere
Riders were sent all over to send the message. They did not yell “The British are coming”. He went to a specific house to whisper to one person to send out to the town. He did that for many towns as was then captured and released.

Samuel Adams

Was left the brewery and ran it into the ground. The face of the beer is Paul Revere. Sam Adams wasn’t a handsome man.

Had every job imaginable and was bad at all of them. Ended up being a tax collector and was bad. He ended up owing 10,000, while being a tax collector

Very good politician and can get people excited about whatever he is talking about.

Boston Tea Party

Easy Indian Tea Company has too much tea and need to get rid of it.

Townsend Act taxes everything and the only tax to survive was tea tax.

Governor Hutchinson was pd by King and his sons brought over ships in Nov 1773 with tea came and Gov didn’t want to send back

Samuel Adams got the crown excited about sending it back. He then gave a signal to the crowd and a few Bostonians dressed up as Indians and went and dumped the tea over the side. Known as the Boston Tea Party.

Boston Massacre

A guard stood watch and a little boy came up to him and asked him a question. The guard got frustrated with the kid and hit him in the head with the butt of his gun. The kid ran to the local establishments saying he was killed. The people stormed over to the guard as a mob.

The guards superior came out and had 8 of his other guards get in a semi circle around the guard. The superior then got in the front of the guards with muskets and the crowd demanding peace.

A gun went off and so did the rest of the guards muskets. The superior didn’t give the command. The historians think someone yelled “Where’s the fire” and a guard took that to mean “Fire”. Five people died that day.
