[Notice Concerning Volo service transfer]

We would like to inform that as of September 1, 2018, the Volo service will be transferred from SK techx Co., Ltd. to SK Planet Co., Ltd. (“SK Planet”) in an effort to enhance the competitiveness and better tailored service for its users. Therefore, starting September 1, 2018 the Volo service will be maintained and operated by SK Planet.

Transferred service: Volo service

Following the service transfer, your personal information related to the service, any consent to the collection and use thereof, any rights and obligations under the terms of use agreement will be transferred and assumed by SK Planet.

SK Planet will continue to render the same level of service as previously provided and your personal information will be safely managed and protected with the same level of protection as before.

In case you don’t agree to the transfer of your personal information following the service transfer, you may withdraw your consent to the provision of your personal information through the membership withdrawal. In this case, the service will not be available. Membership withdrawal can be processed as follows:

WEB: Clicking “Settings” → “Edit Account” → “Membership Withdrawal” at the Volo homepage (http://www.withvolo.com)

APP: Clicking “Settings” → “Edit Account” → “Membership Withdrawal” in the Volo app

Upon completion of the service transfer, the contracting party under the terms of use of the Volo service will be changed from SK techx Co., Ltd. to SK Planet and certain portions of the privacy policy based service policy may be modified. The modifications can be seen at the Volo homepage.
