We would like to inform that as of October 5, 2018, the Volo service will be transferred from SK Planet Co., Ltd. (“SK Planet”) to Jienem Co., Ltd. (“ Jienem”).
As a result, the use contract entered between you and SK Planet with respect to the Volo service will be transferred to Jienem and all of rights and obligations in connection with the Volo service including your personal information, settlement and transaction information in connection with service use will be transferred to, and assumed by, Jienem.
Jienem will maintain the same level of the service as provided by SK Planet and your personal information will be safely managed and protected with thorough technical and administrative measures.
Also, following this service transfer to Jienem, you may continue to use this Volo service as previously provided and all of your information including member ID, voucher, purchase history and service use history will be maintained.
In case you don’t agree to the transfer of your personal information to Jienem, you may withdraw your consent to the provision of personal information by withdrawing your membership. In this case, the Volo service may not be available. Membership withdrawal can be processed as follows.
① WEB: Clicking ‘Menu’ in the top left corner → ‘Service Use Withdrawal’ at the Volo homepage ( https://withvolo.com/)
② App: Clicking ‘Menu’ → ‘Service Use Related’ → ‘Service Use Withdrawal’ in the Volo app
Jienem promises that the Volo service will be rendered as previously provided and not cause any inconvenience to you. It would be highly appreciated if you would continue to use the Volo service.
